Information Collection: 

This site (funkpulp.com) collects personal information – just like every other site. Most of the information is collected by third-party applications, that are used to make this site functional. Data collected is basic: name, email, billing and mailing address, IP address, type of device you’re accessing the site from, browser type, and payment method used in any purchases. 

The only information stored on my website is what you provide when you make an account &/or subscribe to mailing list.
No credit card information is stored on my site. All purchases go through reputable processors like Stripe, PayPal, etc.

Use of Information:

Aside from payment processing, the only other apps I use are for sending out a newsletter and help with website analytics and marketing purposes (often referred to as “cookies”).

Opt-Out Clause: 

All websites, by law, must provide an option for removing any stored (personal) data. 
For my site, you can delete your account &/or unsubscribe from my newsletter at any time. In addition, you can contact me (contact [at] funkpulp.com) and ask that all purchase history be deleted. 

Data Security: 

I am the only one who owns and operates this site, and I do my best to keep it secure. All the places where your pertinent data is stored (as I mentioned) are large corporations (such as Stripe and PayPal) that are in the business of advanced security. 
Luckily, not on my shoulders. 

User Rights: 

You have the right to any personal data stored on my site, including access, correction, and deletion options.
