Everything you want to know about your order and our shipping process. We offer free tracked shipping at $100 and ship via USPS, UPS, Fedex within the US. For orders below $100, standard shipping charges range from $10-15/order using USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight.

There are NO duties or customs charges for our Canadian customers as we cover these
on your behalf. Shop hassle-free as you would from a Canadian retailer. Note that our shop currency is USD.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer the following Mail Services to our international customers. Standard shipment times range from 4 to 22 days during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is important that you fully complete your address information and provide a valid telephone number for customs declarations. We will be unable to ship without this information and may contact you to verify if address validation fails.

I typically ship once a week. Please contact me prior to ordering if there is any urgency in receiving your package.
I ship USPS within the US, and package using recycled materials.
Please note that once your package starts tracking, it becomes your responsibility to track the item and follow up with your local post office should any delays occur.
I am NOT responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Shipping delays are to be expected during the holidays.
I can ship almost anywhere in the world!

Please expect delays; shipping speed is not within my control. Some countries can take up to 50 days to arrive at destination.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any and all import duties in order to remit their package (it is suggested to inform yourself on whether to expect duties on your purchases). For example, UK orders – please note you may be subject to VAT charges in order to collect your package! This could be around 20% of the cost of your purchase.
Please do not ask me to mark your order as a gift to avoid duties!
If your shipping cost doesn’t look right, or you would like to upgrade your shipping method (for example, to UPS) please contact me PRIOR to purchase.
